Andy Boileau – Managing Director

Andy has extensive leadership experience within the construction industry, latterly as Programme Director for STARK Building Materials. He has also held various senior roles at Saint-Gobain, including Managing Director of Gibbs & Dandy, now Jewson.

Phil Bradshaw – Operations Director

Phil Joined Amey Roadstone Corporation in 1979 as an apprentice heavy goods vehicle mechanic broadening into mobile and fixed plant repairs. This stimulated an interest in the operational aspect of the business and eventually he moved to a plant operators position in 1985 and has since worked through supervisory and management positions in aggregates, asphalt, concrete & landfill, developing a broad depth of skills and knowledge on the way to more senior appointments. Most recently as Area Operations Manager for Hanson in Central and South Wales for aggregates.

Paul Cross - Commercial Director

Paul has over 29 years commercial experience in the aggregate, asphalt and bituminous industry. 

He has held Sales and Business management roles for Aggregate Industries Midlands region for 21 years and served 2 years at Colas – as the Southern region Packed Products Manager

He started at MQP in 2016 as Sales Manager covering the Western region and major accounts.
